Code of conduct

Our values are our main assets. We use them to guide ourselves in doing things the right way. We also base our decisions on them. Our values clarify the ethics and business expectations of everyone who works for IMTG. We apply a value-based approach where rules are not defined explicitly, but our strategy and day-to-day decisions are guided by them. This supports us in making consistent choices in any context.

We put people first. We respect people and behave in accordance with the highest possible ethical standards. We value the diversity of people and thoughts, and stimulate our staff to speak up if they feel we can do better. Our people all adhere to the UN Code of Conduct and the regulations of the ILO.
