Holberg Travel A/S in Bergen , was formed in 1980 by Helje Mork-Knudsen and Jan Aasebø. The combination of local ownership and local market strategy, has enabled us to build a platform for serving our customers with a high level of quality. Over the last 15 years, our marine activities have showed a significant growth, and today accounts for about 80 per cent of our annual turnover.
Four members of staff are employed to send about 1800 persons (ship crews and offshore workers) worldwide, and we have obtained marine contract fares through co-operation with various suppliers.
We consider that Holberg Marine to be at the very beginning of a road that may bring us a decisive expansion. Being a member of a worldwide network (IMTG), provides us with reliable partners and access to globally competitive airfares.
